Berlin, Germany
The Afrika-Europe People-to-People’s Planet Repairs Action Dialogue Internationalist Forum (AEPPRADIF) convened successfully in Berlin, with simultaneous satellite groundings in South Africa, Ghana, and the AES. This historic gathering marked a powerful moment of international solidarity, reflection, and action, bringing together committed comrades, movements, and communities from across Afrika, Abya Yala, Oceania, Asia, and Europe.
The purpose of the AEPPPRADIF has been to draw from the continuing freedomfighting efforts of indigenous and other Afrikan communities of resistance in order to establish a standing Forum for Planet Repairs Action that would address the legacies of the 1884-1885 Berlin Conference. Over the weekend indigenous community activists, organisers, and peoples of Europe and Afrika convened to discuss the Berlin Conference and organise for change in support of escalating resistance to colonial violence in Afrika and across the world.
United in the spirit of justice, healing, and reparation, we met to reflect on the lasting impacts of the 1884–85 Berlin Conference and to collectively sharpen our tactics to undo the centuries-long harms inflicted upon Afrika, her people, and the Earth, and to consolidate our power and efforts towards planet Repairs.
The forum convened to:
Confront the legacies of colonialism, extractivism ,and ecological destruction rooted in the outcomes of the Berlin Conference.
Share tools of resistance , tactics of liberation , and models of self-determination from across the Majority World (“the Global South”) and diasporic communities
Advance the strategic consolidation of People-to-People alliances for Planet Repairs.
Rebuild the necessary knowledge systems, mechanisms and infrastructure to restore Afrikan sovereignty , dignity , and ecological balance.
Through hybrid engagements- plenaries, workstreams, cultural sharings, and collective reflections-we rooted ourselves in deep urgency of now, while anchoring our struggles in centuries of resistance.
The workshops on Education for Planet Repairs, Community Regenerative Unity for Planet Repairs, and Interfaith Harmonisation for Planet Repairs resolved to commit to action that redress the legacies of the coordinated escalation of fascist imperialism against Afrikan-heritage communities.
The various Satellite Groundings of the AEPPPRADIF emphasise the reorganisation of our Pan-Afrikan Liberation struggle to address the unfinished social and national liberation demands of colonised indigenous communities across Afrika and her diaspora.
KEY RESOLUTIONS:
The AEPPPRADIF therefore resolved on:
Education:

the call for Decolonial Open Communiversity Conventions in Ghana, South Africa, the Confederation of Sahel States, and in Europe;
and through the Decolonial Open Communiversity, intensify education about the realities and needs of Just Restitution to support the efforts of communities through the PRALER Fund;
Interfaith Harmonisation:
Highlighting the call for genuine critical dialogue between Faith communities, highlighting the escalating militancy and movement of Afrikan traditional indigenous practitioners and amplify the harmonisation of different faith practitioners working actively to address the legacies of the 1884-1885 Berlin Conference including in educational Planet Repairs Actions.
Community Regenerative Unity for Planet Repairs:
Highlighting the impact of the 1884-1885 Berlin Conference on the dismemberment, deprivation, and impoverishment of indigenous communities such as the Gbetowo of West Afrika, Akans, Bambara, Zarma, Nguni, Khoi and more as well as forced migration on communities’ regeneration;
the call for internationalist solidarity that addresses the realities of the anti-colonial struggle and reciprocity in skills and capacity exchanges;
and the necessity of re-popularisation, and incentivising of community-owned farming and community-owned social enterprises, cooperatives and appropriate Planet Repairs Action-Learning and appropriate training.

The will serve as a living hub of action-research, training, healing, and political education rooted in existing indigenous cosmovisions and processes. It will be a site where communities gather to learn, build, and enact the futures we deserves–and where Afrikans and people of conscience can continue to learn and advance the decolonial aspirations of Indigenous Communities of Resistance.
